The driving video should also be a clear, frontal face for clean motion transfer.
Animal portraits and stylized art (paintings, AI-generated faces, anime) all work — the model is trained on humans but generalizes.
Output preserves the driving video's audio — useful for "make this person say what I said".
Generation is fast: ~1 second of output per ~70 ms of compute on a 3090.
