  • Use Avery 5160 (1 x 2-5/8 in, 30 per sheet) for standard address labels - it is the most widely available size.
  • When importing addresses, include a header row so the tool maps fields correctly.
  • Print a test page on plain paper first and hold it up to the label sheet to check alignment.
  • Keep font size at 10pt or larger for readability on small labels.

Avery 5163 (2 x 4 in, 10 per sheet) is the standard for shipping labels. For smaller address labels, use Avery 5160 (1 x 2-5/8 in, 30 per sheet).
Yes. Use adhesive label sheets designed for inkjet printers. Laser-printer label sheets are also available - make sure you match the sheet type to your printer.
Prepare a CSV file with columns like Name, Address, City, State, ZIP. Upload it in the import step and map each column to the corresponding label field.
