Allow microphone access
Grant microphone permission to start monitoring your audio input.

Check the volume meter
Speak into your mic and watch the VU meter. Green is good, yellow is loud, red means clipping.

View waveform and spectrum
The oscilloscope shows your audio waveform in real-time. The spectrum analyzer shows frequency content.

Record and playback
Record a short clip and play it back to hear how your mic sounds.

The clipping indicator turns red when your audio peaks - reduce gain or move further from the mic.
Noise suppression and echo cancellation can be toggled in settings - disable them for raw mic testing.
The frequency spectrum helps identify background noise (low rumble) or sibilance (high-frequency peaks).
Record a short clip and listen back to check for buzzing, hum, or other audio artifacts.
